I am working with the founders of a Web3 startup developing a groundbreaking solution leveraging cutting-edge decentralized technology, backed by some of the most respected investors in the space.
We are looking for a Director of Business Development to play a pivotal role in their growth journey. You’ll be a key member of their team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will have a significant impact on shaping their go-to-market strategy and expanding their reach.
What you’ll be doing:
- Spearhead New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close deals with target clients, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Forge Strategic Alliances: Build and manage partnerships with key players in the ecosystem, including technology providers, integrators, and industry leaders.
- Cultivate Market Expertise: Provide infrastructure landscape and emerging trends in decentralised technology.
- Drive Revenue Growth: A proven track record of exceeding targets and generating new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
About you:
- 8-10+ years of experience in business development, growth or sales role.
- Web3 Background in Web3 infrastructure.
- Strong network in the Web3 Infra space.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A strategic thinker who can analyse market trends and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
Location: Remote | Compensation: $250k – $300k base + equity
