We are working on a confidential mandate partnering with the founders of a trailblazing (+$10M) Seed-funded L2 Bitcoin tech firm.
We are seeking a Marketing Lead to be the first marketing hire, working closely with the Founder to oversee, develop, refine, and establish marketing operations processes. The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- Minimum of 4 years of Marketing experience (B2B & B2C).
- Background in Blockchain & Infrastructure.
- Strong writing skills.
- Bitcoin Enthusiast (no necessary experience, however, very useful).
- Able to build and lead a team over time as the startup continues growing.
Responsibilities:
- Set up Marketing Operations.
- Lead Marketing Strategy and work cross-functionally with CEO, BD, and Growth teams.
- Lead Campaigns: Using data and community feedback to guide marketing strategy and plan.
- Manage Social Media, Content, and Graphics.
Location: NYC Hybrid (ideal) – Open also to Remote working
Salary: $140k base + equity + tokens (depending on seniority there might be flexibility on base).
