Founded by Angelica Ortega, a psychologist and business leader with a decade of experience at companies including Microsoft, Meta and Visa, Novify combines human insight with deep market knowledge.
Angelica specialises in executive search and specialist hiring across digital assets, institutional markets and security, partnering with companies from emerging innovators to established institutions.
Her background across technology, financial services and digital assets gives her a strong understanding of the people, markets and talent signals shaping the future of finance.
